डॉक्टर या सुविधा की खोज कैसे करें
बीमार होने से पहले अपने आस-पास Cigna डॉक्टर, आपातकालीन देखभाल केंद्र और आपातकालीन कक्ष का पता लगाना सबसे अच्छा है। PPO प्रदाता खोजने के लिए, Cigna वेबसाइट (नीचे लिंक) पर जाएँ।
जब भी संभव हो Cigna PPO नेटवर्क में प्रदाताओं का उपयोग करें ।
- At the bottom of the page, click on the Provider Directory link: hcpdirectory.cigna.com.
- From the top right of the screen next to search box, click on Find a Doctor, Dentist, or Facility.
- Under “How are you Covered,†click on Employer or School.
- Enter your Address and City, or Zip, then click on address to confirm. Click on Doctor by Type, Doctor by Name, or Locations and make your selection in the drop down.
- Click Continue as guest.
- Confirm your address and click Continue.
- Under “Please Select a Plan,†click “PPO, Choice Fund PPO.â€
- Select a doctor from the list.
अपने अपॉइंटमेंट के लिए 15 मिनट पहले पहुँचें। अपना बीमा आईडी कार्ड अपने साथ लाएँ । उपचार प्राप्त करने से पहले हमेशा डॉक्टर या मेडिकल सुविधा से सीधे जाँच लें कि वे Cigna PPO स्वीकार करते हैं या नहीं।
